Check This Out!

Today I'll be doing a quick fun blog post about running and diabetes with pictures! If you know me, you know I run! Anyway, as a diabetic runner I often ave to wear my diabetic Dexcom sensor and it's never a problem! It helps me to make sure my blood sugar levels are in tip top shape and it makes my parents worry less! What could be bad about it... right?

But sometimes... people get curious and ask me what that grey thing on my arm is (which is totally fine!!). However, sometimes it does get a little tiring explaining it to them. In fact, today at practice at least three people asked me! With that said, enjoy some pictures of what my diabetic sensor looks like and why people would be curious...

Here's me in my running outfit.. I look normal, right? That's what I thought. However, some of my teammates noticed something odd about me. Can you guess what it is? Where it is?

That's right! My Dexcom diabetic sensor! You probably weren't able to see it in the last picture, however when I raise my arm, like in this picture, or swing my arms, like when I run, it becomes very clear and apparent to many!

Here's a closer look! (At my sensor and my sweaty face after a long run! ;) )

Another pic of me and my sensor!!

Anyway, I hope you all enjoyed this story picture post! Sorry I haven't been blogging very much, with school and running and activities, I get pretty busy! However, I will work harder to post more!
